1win, a crypto entertainment platform, has launched the two-week public sale for $1WIN, a Solana-based token that extends the company’s existing gaming ecosystem with Web3 utility, user rewards, and revenue-linked token mechanics.
The public sale is now live, with 130 million $1WIN available at $0.03 USDC per token through an oversubscription model, with the Token Generation Event (TGE) occurring on October 30th. Participants can deposit USDC into the sale pool during the two-week sale window, with a minimum contribution of $10 and no maximum contribution.
Rather than operating on a first-come, first-served basis, final token allocations will be determined proportionally after the sale window closes in order to encourage fair distribution for all users. If demand exceeds the number of tokens available, each participant will receive a proportional allocation based on their contribution, with any unused USDC refunded.
$1WIN is being introduced into a platform that serves 100 million registered players across international markets. 1win’s existing business operates independently of the token and already generates revenue through its gaming and entertainment products.
The token has a fixed total supply of 1 billion $1WIN, with no additional minting after TGE. It is designed for use across 1win products including gaming, lottery, rewards, and other ecosystem functions. Two mechanisms connect the token directly with activity on the existing platform: open-market buybacks funded by gaming revenue and the permanent burning of 10% of $1WIN spent through supported platform products.
The sale marks the debut of $1WIN, the token introduced by 1win, a gaming and entertainment platform that has operated since 2016 and built its business without relying on a token. At the public sale price of $0.03 per token, $1WIN has a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of just $30 million. Issued as a native Solana token, $1WIN is compatible with standard Solana wallets and decentralized exchanges and is designed for use across the 1win ecosystem.
CertiK and Halborn also conducted independent security assessments of the token’s smart contract infrastructure ahead of the sale and TGE. The audits reviewed the Solana-based smart contracts supporting the $1WIN ecosystem, including token, sale, and burn functionality.
The sale is the latest step in 1win’s broader expansion into Web3. The platform supports multi-chain cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals and introduced wallet-based authentication through Trust Wallet, MetaMask, and WalletConnect earlier this year, allowing users to register, sign in, and deposit through a connected crypto wallet.
